Silencer walk off happens when it loosens itself during firing, this is a common reason for baffle or endcap strikes on pistol silencers. Using PTFE tape on the threads of your barrel can significantly reduce silencer walk off. It is an inexpensive and easy fix. Make sure to only wrap the threads and avoid getting tape the shoulder or muzzle as it can throw off alignment.
