Silencer Shop Guarantee:

 

  • We will handle the timely review and submission of your Form 4 paperwork to the ATF.

We submit more NFA paperwork to the ATF than anybody else in the country; our industry-leading compliance team carefully reviews each customer’s information before it is submitted. When combined with our automated error scanning, we’ve achieved the best submission accuracy rating in the industry.

 

  • We guarantee your dealer will be around when your approval comes through from the ATF.

We've heard horror stories of shops closing up and going out of business with ending form 4s; this is a nightmare for customers. That's why we've built the Powered by Silencer Shop dealer network, more than 6000 dealers strong. We will never leave you high and dry.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your suppressor after your Form 4 is approved, you may return it to Silencer Shop for a full refund of your silencer in the form of a Silencer Shop Gift Certificate (tax stamp not included). All returns must be within 90 days of your Form 4 approval date. 



Additionally, the following terms and conditions apply:

 

  • This offer only applies after the Form 4 is approved by the BATFE. Suppressor orders cannot be canceled or refunded while the Form 4 is pending.
  • This guarantee applies only to orders placed 5/1/2017 and after.
  • The tax stamp payment(s) will not be refunded.
  • Any promotional items earned as part of the original purchase (e.g., gift certificates, free accessories, etc.) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Guarantee applies to all Powered By Silencer Shop suppressors purchased from Silencer Shop. This includes suppressors purchased from your local Powered By Silencer Shop dealer! (Assuming they got the suppressor from us.)
  • To process a return, you must first contact Silencer Shop to receive a return authorization number and to begin the form rescission process. At that time, you will receive instructions on how and when to return the suppressor. Following these instructions is required.
  • BATFE approval will be required before the suppressor can be returned to Silencer Shop, this requires a new Form 4 and a new tax stamp. Silencer Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by BATFE.
  • You will retain the silencer until you received ATF approval to send it back to Silencer Shop.  The original copy of the approved form to Silencer Shop must be included when you return your silencer.
  • For purchases made directly from a Powered By Silencer Shop dealer, a purchase receipt will be required, and the refund amount may be limited to the lesser of either the suppressor’s listed MSRP or the dealer’s listed online price.
  • The refund will be given once Silencer Shop receives said suppressor back into our inventory.
  • To receive a full refund, all respective accessories, cases, manuals, and original packaging must accompany your returned silencer.  Your original approved form 4 is also required
    All refunds will be in the form of a Silencer Shop Gift Certificate and not redeemable for cash.

 

Note: Silencer Shop reserves the right to modify this guarantee at any time without notice. Moreover, Silencer Shop reserves the right to refuse specific cases deemed fraudulent. Thank you for your business.

 

Accessories


Silencer Shop will accept returns for all accessory items within 30 days of your purchase, provided the accessories are unused (i.e., new condition) and received in the original packaging.
Note: Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping fees on returns.
