Paper Fingerprinting Packet

For those that either cannot or do not want to do digital fingerprints at one of our Kiosks, Silencer Shop is offering a simple "premade" packet with all of the documentation that you need to do your registration the "manual" way.

The kit includes:

1. Two FD-258 Fingerprint Cards.
2. Instructions for fingerprint cards, registration info and photos.

We understand that some of you may live in an area that does not have a conveniently placed Silencer Shop Kiosk or may have easy access to do paper prints. If this solution is best for your needs, simply add it to your cart and checkout. We'll pack up the materials and ship it out to you ASAP!

How to fill out the Included Fingerprint Cards:

 If you have any questions when filling out your fingerprint cards, please let us know by e-mailing support@SilencerShop.com.

 What you need to do:

1) Since some fingerprint takers will fill out your information on the cards automatically, please wait to fill out the cards until AFTER you've had your fingerprints taken.

2) Locate BOTH fingerprint cards and follow these instructions with each of them:

- Take these cards to get your fingerprints taken - this is often easiest at a local police

- Be sure the fingerprint taker signs and dates BOTH fingerprint

• - Sign BOTH fingerprint cards using your normal signature where it says "SIGNATURE OF PERSON FINGERPRINTED"

3) Please use the key in the picture above to fill out your personal information on BOTH fingerprint cards.
